Field Service Engineer – Level I
We are seeking a Field Service Engineer Level I to join our team! You will resolve networking – related issues for the Federal government to include onsite troubleshooting and installations of new devices.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical assistance with computer hardware and software
- Resolve issues for clients via phone
- Recommend hardware and software improvements
- Track customer issues and resolutions
- Travel to customer locations
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in IT, customer service, or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
- Positive and professional demeanor
Requirements:
- 3+ years in a technical help desk environment
- Strong communication skills
- Professional at home office environment
Highly Recommended:
- CompTIA A+; CompTIA Network+; CompTIA Server +; CompTIA Security+;
- Active SECRET Clearance
