Field Service Engineer – Level I

We are seeking a Field Service Engineer Level I to join our team! You will resolve networking – related issues for the Federal government to include onsite troubleshooting and installations of new devices.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical assistance with computer hardware and software
  • Resolve issues for clients via phone
  • Recommend hardware and software improvements
  • Track customer issues and resolutions
  • Travel to customer locations

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in IT, customer service, or other related fields
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
  • Positive and professional demeanor

Requirements:

  • 3+ years in a technical help desk environment
  • Strong communication skills
  • Professional at home office environment

Highly Recommended: 

  • CompTIA A+; CompTIA Network+; CompTIA Server +; CompTIA Security+; 
  • Active SECRET Clearance
